SKILLS
- You are committed, curious and enthusiastic about sustainable development issues with a real appetite for ESG regulatory issues
- You have a keen interest in tools, data and writing process documents (analysis of numerical data, operating procedures, etc.).
- You are comfortable with numbers and data
- You have excellent analytical, synthesis and writing skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous and proactive, you enjoy working in a small team and being in contact with a variety of people.
- Proficiency in office tools (Office Pack, Sharepoint, Canva, etc.)
- Good level of English, both spoken and written.
Missions
Under the supervision of the ESG Manager, you will contribute to:
- to the development, implementation and monitoring of the ESG strategy in collaboration with various business lines of the Group.
- to the deployment and implementation of the CSRD
- CSR/ESG reporting: monitoring of data collection and analysis (compliance with processes, follow-up with contributors, verification of the quality of data collected and compliance with deadlines)
- in the development and writing of the sustainability report (CSRD) and internal communication on ESG/CSR issues.
- to monitor the sector’s best practices in terms of CSR (new legal obligations, benchmarks, thematic files, etc.)
- to implement awareness-raising and communication actions aimed at facilitating the appropriation of CSR issues and projects internally
- to carry out benchmarks of good market practices
- to lead internal ESG training courses (such as the climate fresco).
Requirements & qualifications
You are preparing a Master 2 or a Bac+5 level diploma – university, business school, engineering school – with a specialization in Sustainable Development or Social and Environmental Responsibility Management.
Further information
- You will work under the supervision of the Group’s ESG and Internal Communications Manager, who will report to a member of Soitec’s Executive Committee.
- Duration of the alternation 12 months to 24 months, from September 2024.
- Mission based in Paris 9th with possible travel to Bernin (near Grenoble)
