What part will you play?
As a Technical Solution Architect you are responsible for our digital sales platform SiePortal. Their goal is to innovate the customer-oriented digital business solutions of digital industries and smart infrastructure using modern standard SaaS solutions.
- To do this, you design innovative software architectures and bring together technical possibilities and business requirements.
- You understand and analyze the business objectives and the needs of the business environment
- From this, you derive a cloud-based target architecture (infrastructure & solution) and develop a roadmap
- Ensure integration into the current landscape, which is a combination of self-developed software and cloud-based SaaS solutions
- You support the various functional teams with your technical expertise and technical concepts and solutions, thus contributing to the realization of the new platform
- You look across your own technical area of responsibility and understand the needs of test teams, service operations and cyber security to provide an end-to-end solution
What you need to make real what matters.
- You successfully completed your degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or equivalent education qualification
- In addition, you have gained several years of professional and project experience in a position with architectural responsibility, eBusiness or an equivalent IT role
- You are familiar with modern software technologies (e.g. Cloud, SaaS, etc.) and especially with web technologies (e.g.html/CSS, CDN, responsive design, data standards, etc.)
- You have experience with agile methods, preferably in a large-scale environment
- Ideally, you have previous knowledge of the existing sales and after-sales landscape and can drive the successive transformation of the existing into the new SiePortal landscape
- Experience in the search environment (e.g. Sinequa) would be desirable
- You understand the impact of cybersecurity and seek for the best and most secure solutions
- Collaboration, open and trustful communication as well as the values of the agile mindset are the motivation of your actions.
- For the communication in an international environment you are fluent in English
