Supply Chain Manager for Strategic Sourcing

Description

– Work with both internal technology development partners and external suppliers to ensure tsmc’s competitive advantages

– Responsible for developing strategies for sourcing, purchasing, supply chain risk management and cost management

– Responsible for devising and negotiating service contract

– Responsible for driving the operation stability in delivery, cost structure, and developing partnerships with key suppliers

– Responsible for streamlining the procurement process and enhancing collaboration process improvements with suppliers and internal partners

Qualifications

– At least 10 years of experiences in supply chain management or equivalent in semiconductor industry from global companies will be a plus

– Experienced in leadership position and able to work with team and lead for change in a matrix team environment

– English proficiency is required

– Demonstrate a “can do” attitude in a rapidly changing environment and display the ability to effectively cope with ambiguous scenarios

– Excellent listening, critical thinking, strong analytical, strategic planning and interpersonal skills are a must

– Demonstrate trustworthy working attitude with high commitment and accountability

– Able to self-motivated; and is good at inspiring and motivating others
