Solutions Architect

Job Description and Requirements

The Solution Architect is a primary technology driver for the EDA Group at Synopsys. The Architect is a technology leader in one or more application domains and builds strong customer relationships and collaborations. The Architect intimately understands the application space, customer pains and challenges, and guides development teams with technology roadmaps and solution requirements.

The Solution Architect works closely with other stakeholders including business, engineering and GTM partners. The Architect is required to have to have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and to work well with others spanning a diverse range of skillsets.

Qualifications:

• minimum of 5 years experience in the application domain, 10 years preferred
• demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams
• superior communication skills, oral and written
• MS/PhD in CS/EE preferred

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $155,000-$270,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
