Software Engineer – C++, QT & FPGA

Job description

Menta is starting the development of a new kind of embedded FPGA IP. Based on the existing product, your role involves multiple tasks at the various stage of the product development. You will write C++ code to enable the software to explore eFPGA design options, then develop the software scripts and structure to use the defined eFPGA IP and last build a product made of various GUI interfaces in QT. You will work with the product architect, the project manager and the CTO. This is a highly visible development role with the chance to work on a complete product from definition to productization.

Desired skills and experience

• MS or a PhD in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics or related discipline

• 5+ years of experience in developing applications in C++

• 2+ years of experience in QT

• At least entry level knowledge of logic design

• Experience in FPGA EDA tools development is a plus

• Experience in VHDL and/or Verilog is a plus

• Experience in logic synthesis EDA development is a plus

• Good written and spoken English is mandatory
