Senior License Compliance Analyst

Job Overview:

• Perform data mining, analytics, and reporting to support License compliance initiatives
• Ability to work well as a team and individually
• Write custom Python or VBA script to automate various tasks and reports in support of License compliance
• Work with License compliance teams to identify areas of the process that can be enhanced and improved through automation
• Use advance data mining techniques to identify infringing companies
• Detailed oriented and able to be producing quality deliverables for LC management team
• Develop best practices and support data management, data mining / analytics / reporting, working with operations and engineering teams
• Investigate, review and qualify infringement data originating from an organization computing environment

Skills and Experience Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-4 years IT Analyst experience (Big 4 accounting firm experience a plus)
• Strong scripting skills automating custom reports using Python and/or VBA
• Experience working with Salesforce (Salesforce script experience a plus)
• Experience working with Sharepoint (Sharepoint automated workflow experience a plus)
• Experience with Snowflake a plus
• Experience working with Tableau
• Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills for analytics work
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills in support of software non-compliance related topics
• Strong data mining, analytics, and reporting experience
• Intermediate and/or advanced experience with relational databases a plus
• Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
