CEVA is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to grow our IP Licensing and SoC Design & Integration Services business in North America.

Job Description

As part of CEVA’s sales team in North America, you will be based in our Mountain View Office and will be tasked with growing our US Western Region.

CEVA’s portfolio is rich, and you will be trained to develop deep technical knowledge to help promote the right product to customers and identify new opportunities.  You will report to VP Sales N. America and work closely with the regional Sales Managers, Business Units, Marketing, and Legal to discover new sales opportunities, coordinate and oversee customer evaluations, and help negotiate licensing and design services contracts.


  • Prospect for new accounts and identify opportunities while retaining and expanding business with the current customer base.
  •  Develop trusted relationships with various stakeholders at the target accounts such as engineering, marketing, executive management, and purchasing.
  • Negotiate contracts for Silicon IP, Software Licensing, and Turnkey ASIC design services.
  • Work with legal preparing Licensing Contracts.

Job Requirements (Must Have)

  • Experience with the Semiconductor Industry (design, marketing, sales) is a must
  • Good knowledge base and industry background in some of the following areas: Connectivity, Wireless, Neural Networks (Audio/Image Enhancements), Motion Sensors.
  • Proven success in penetrating and developing relationships with new accounts.
  • High-energy and self-driven with strong ability to take ownership of customer relationships, solve issues, and coordinate solutions with customers and CEVA’s R&D/Support organization.
  • Team player and “people person” with excellent communication and listening skills Must possess the ability to articulate issues and solutions internally and externally.
  • Comfortable presenting to large groups and/or technical and business personnel.
  •  Available ravel frequently within the United States to meet customers.
  • Work across international time zones (mostly with Israel and Europe) with CEVA’s business units abroad.
  •  Legal work authorization/EAD for U.S. employment; CEVA in unable to sponsor work visas for this position.

Job Requirements (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in semiconductor/silicon IP Licensing.
  • Engineering or marketing experience in the ASIC market.
  •  Experience in strategic account management.
  • Experience in product marketing and/or business development.
  • Prior responsibility for complex pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Understanding of multiple target markets and the associated ecosystems (PC, robotics, digital television, mobile, automotive, and IoT).
  • Recent business relationships with top tier consumer electronics OEMs in the areas of (in order of importance): PC OEM.
