Work content
1. Capacity planning and allocation for Fab and OSATs.
2. Develop effective production planning,scheduling.
3. Issue work order to OSATs, manage WIP, cycle time and hold/aged materials.
4. Optimal inventory level to achieve company’s target.
5. NPI schedule manage from Fab to FG deliver.
6. Operation transaction in ERP system.
Other conditions
1. At least 3 years’ experience in the semiconductor industry.
2. Specialize in Production Planning and Control.
3. Experienced in Project management.
4. Experienced in ERP application.
5. Fluent in English writing and oral communication.
6. Good proactive and be a team player.
