Join our Corporate Marketing team as we take Arm’s marketing automation and operations support to the next level. You’ll work with a variety of marketing and sales stakeholders from across our global businesses to understand their goals and translate those into lead generation and brand awareness programs that are efficient, timely, and measurable.

Role & Responsibilities

• Work with campaign managers to develop Marketo email campaigns and landing pages, plus the corresponding workflows and reporting that accomplish their goals for acquiring, nurturing, and converting leads
• Provide guidance to these stakeholders on list segmentation and calendaring in order to achieve the maximum coverage and effectiveness for both their structured nurture and one-off email blasts
• Recommend and deploy A/B tests that help drive a culture of continual improvement
• Proofread copy for grammatical and style errors, check links and other technical details, and recommend crisper and more effective subject lines and headings based on test results and marketing best practices
• Work with and continually improve our standardized templates, tokenization, segmentation, and campaign flows to drive efficiency, agility, and consistency for all marketing programs
• Collaborate fully in the automation team’s initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability as we develop a worldclass architecture for lead enrichment, segmentation, nurture, and scoring
• Help lead the initiative to document and evangelize best practices for marketing program management and reporting

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to collaborate with marketing campaign managers to understand goals, implement programs, and provide concise post-campaign reporting
• A business-based (rather than purely technical) understanding of Marketo processes for lead lifecycle processing, data enrichment/normalization/segmentation, scoring, and nurturing in order to socialize these processes at the right level of detail for a variety of marketing stakeholders
• A zeal for quality, backed by experience collaborating with fellow team members to develop standard operating procedures and to create and maintain documentation of those standards
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English in order to add value to marketing assets and collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders.

Desirable skills:

• Experience with Salesforce, LeanData, and Engagio
• Exposure to customer data platforms such as Treasure Data and advanced reporting tools such as Chartio or Tableau
• Must be fluent in English, but facility with Japanese or Chinese is also useful
