IT Senior Integration Analyst

Do you want to contribute to the backbone of some of the world’s most popular SoCs? We are looking for a IT Senior Integration Analyst who is motivated, a self-starter, efficient, and able to be productive from Day 1.

As an ideal candidate, you have experiences in a technical field, such as software development, science, or engineering. We expect to leverage your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information and help people understand concepts that are otherwise hard to comprehend.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain deep application integrations with API connections between the SIEM, Privacy/web platforms, and HRIS systems, as well as various network devices, on-premises applications, and SaaS platforms.
• Serve as a mentor, subject-matter expert, and a technical project lead who coordinates project-based activities with other personnel and departments.
• Ensure integrations meet specific business needs and support multiple business systems, using protocols such as JSON, XML, and webhooks.
• Provide recommendations for and lead continuous improvement in both application functionality and internal/external application management.
• Assist in developing and maintaining reports related to SIEM and other SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with other business units to understand requirements and propose solutions that improve process efficiency and automation.
• Collaborate with IT operations to maintain and evolve the automation roadmap, ensuring it aligns with long-term business objectives
• Advocate for the use of workflow automation to modernize outdated business processes and increase efficiency across the organization
• Troubleshoot escalations from the IT team, resolve issues related to end-user requests, and ensure reliable system performance
• Occasionally provide in-office IT support as needed.

Continuous Learning and Innovation

• Stay current with the latest IT platforms, API developer tools, and best practices for integrations.
• Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to improve the efficiency and scalability of API solutions
• Implement best practices with integration development, while ensuring proper management of data and security protocols

Experience requirements / Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in planning and executing SaaS integrations, security, connectivity, and deployment.
• Detail-oriented with an emphasis on integration accuracy.
• Knowledge of applying security standards in a SaaS and on-premise environments (Single Sign On, Azure/M365, Multi-Factor authentication, Active Directory).
• International office communication and project management experience.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Understanding of web standards (XHTML, XML, CSS).
• Proficient in JSON, SQL, REST API, and at least one scripting language.
• Expertise in API design, cross-platform development, and troubleshooting integrations and automations.
• Experience with role-based access controls, data management, environmental controls, and audit logs
• Experience with post-deployment support.
• Proven ability to work independently.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Mastery of business analysis principles and methodologies, with the ability to adapt them to meet business needs.

Nice to have Skills

• French fluency
• Data management and governance principles.
• Familiar with GDPR privacy standard and controls.

Education requirements 

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science or similar degree, or proven equivalent work history
