Internship – Recruitment Officer

• Collect the needs of managers, write up work-study offers, publish them on our website and identify schools 
• Screen the CVs received and pre-qualify the most relevant candidates
• Schedule interviews with managers and HR partners
• Provide feedback to candidates and update the ATS (negative feedback, salary proposal)
• Carry out administrative procedures between the school, the employer and the student (CERFA, training agreement, hiring document, submission of files on the OPCO2i website)
• Integrating the alternating future into our internal systems
• Ensure that all necessary preparations are completed before the student arrives
• Plan integration sessions for work-study students

Beyond the operational aspect, as a Soitec ambassador you will have a real role in attracting our future talents and will promote Soitec within the various schools.

• If you are a student in a bac +3 or higher education program in the field of human resources and you have an internship to complete – ideally lasting 6 months – starting in February 2025. It is important to note that a work-study program is possible at the end of the internship.
• You are keen to discover an industrial and innovative environment and you want to improve your skills in the field of recruitment.
• You are a person whose profile combines dynamism, responsiveness and rigor.   In addition, your proactive listening will allow you to interface effectively between candidates and the needs of managers.
