Intern Etch (Fab 7)

Project Description: Work with process owner to run experiments to find the recipe tuning knob(s) that will solve it and APC the tuning knob.

Project Objective: Running experiments involves doing partition TEMs using different recipe settings and observing the impact of varying power, pressure, temperature, gas ratios, studying endpoint signals etc.

Project Outcome: Final report will be a proper documentation of the entire learning cycle, from Run to Run, document TEM results and conclusions.
