HR Business Partner

Job Summary:

Our client in Burbank, CA is looking for a HR Business Partner. This is a direct hire position.

Reporting directly to the HR Director, the plant HR Business Partner provides day-to-day tactical support for a manufacturing union site. The role involves working closely with site managers in the administration and development of a variety of HR policies and procedures, including employee relations, talent acquisition, training and development, compensation, benefit plans and HRIS systems. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their career with a growing company.

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience resolving Employee Relations/HR-Compliance issues coming from the Manufacturing industry – Aerospace preferred.
• Experience in Recruiting
• Experience working in a union-facility
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Expert in MS Excel
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• U.S. Person per ITAR regulations to comply with export compliance and site SSA requirements
