We are looking for a Sales Coordinator, committed to open framework for building automation and building-related IoT applications that run on embedded controlsservers, and the cloud, to be hired with a permanent contract in Italy within the Building Products area.

Your Challenge

We are looking for a well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the vital support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information.

The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to increase their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. You will work within a global distributed team, between USA, EMEA and China and you will report to the Global Head of Sales.

Some of the main activities will be:

  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
  • Advise clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
  • Supervise the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events and customer meetings.
  • Assist the sales team to maintain meetings cadence with existing customers and new prospects.
  • Be ready and prepared to cover a customer meeting to support account managers.
  • Willingness to learn the account management and be able over time to take over some accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
  • Understand BAS terms, concepts, and usability.
  • Understand customer needs.

To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have:

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Well-organized and responsible with a competence in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A standout colleague with high level of dedication.
  • Good digital literacy (Office suite)
  • Availability to perform business trips.
  • Passion to never-stop growing.
  • Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English written and spoken, additional languages really appreciated.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
