We are looking for candidates with strong event marketing and global production management experience. The ideal candidate also has knowledge of semiconductors, data centers and/or automotive industries with regards to vendors, partners, conferences, events, media, and hybrid channels.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of related marketing experience, ideally in B2B event marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, production and planning.
  • Startup experience – must
  • Sales experience – big advantage
  • Marketing automation experience – advantage
  • Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts, including trade show planning, attendance, and reporting
  • Broad marketing skills, including lead generation and event management
  • Excellent communications, copywriting, and presentation skills in English
  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • You are metric driven and have the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
  • Organized and detail-oriented approach. You can handle complex initiatives and keep many projects on track in parallel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving company at a hyper-growth stage, in a sometimes hectic environment
  • Team player mindset with a can-do attitude
  • Creative, innovative, and thinking outside the box
  • Design and UX experience – advantage
  • CRM and automation experience – a big advantage
  • Be open to travel required (~15%)

Responsibilities

  • Budget, contract, and hire vendors and source equipment for events worldwide
  • Plan and execute initiatives with partners that drive lead acquisition, pipeline creation, and opportunity conversion in collaboration with corporate marketing and sales leadership
  • Work with director of marketing and marketing executives to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
  • Manage regional events, from concept and audience targeting to execution, including tradeshows, and sales events
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ABM (Account Based Marketing) programs for key accounts in specific regions
  • Responsible for ordering and tracking event inventory include collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Work with in-house designer to ensure event display accurately represents the proteanTecs brand
  • Conduct regular program surveys and use feedback to drive improvements
  • Track, measure, and report on pipeline metrics across channel marketing programs in a repeatable, consistent manner to all internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with sales and CRM teams for post-show follow ups and nurturing efforts
  • Interact with key decisions makers and account-holders
  • Cooperate with content team to boost pre- and post-event exposure
  • Contribute to the development and management of the annual marketing programs budget
  • Develop and produce regular reports on events ROI & results
  • Manage the regional go to market strategy including product launches, events, briefings, demand generation, thought leadership, customer case studies/video testimonials, etc.
  • Cooperate with PMM and BD on identifying the key events, and execute speaking opportunities, and workshops for both brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Work with director of marketing and Sales to organize and staff events and talks
