Website ANSYS

Ansys is the global leader in engineering simulation, helping the world’s most innovative companies deliver radically better products to their customers. By offering the best and broadest portfolio of engineering simulation software, Ansys helps companies solve the most complex design challenges and engineer products limited only by imagination.

The goal of the Ansys Emerging Talent program is to provide experiential learning, structured job experiences, and a platform to help talented students launch their career with Ansys. The Emerging Talent program will allow students the opportunity to refine technical knowledge, enhance personal talents, and encourage collaboration and networking in our areas of focus with the ultimate goal of converting our Emerging Talent interns into full-time Ansys employees at the completion of the program. Entry into the Emerging Talent Program is through a paid 40-hour per week internship, for 14-16 weeks per rotation, and requires a 1-2 rotation commitment from a student beginning in August 2023.

As an Emerging Talent Intern, you will be provided with continuous role-based skills training and development as well as formal assessment and evaluations. You will have a dedicated mentor and receive regular coaching.

The Emerging Talent Intern will be part of the Ansys Meshing development team and will work together with the team to develop advanced engineering features in core meshing libraries. The Intern will get an opportunity to experience how software development is done to discretize engineering problems in an intuitive and integrated mesh generation development environment and will contribute to advance mesh generation algorithms used for various physics applications such as mechanical, fluid and electro-magnetic simulations. The Intern will also get to experience of how software design principles apply in an engineering discipline to simulate physics for next generation products.

CULTURE AND VALUES

Culture and values are incredibly important to Ansys. They inform us of who we are, of how we act. Values aren’t posters hanging on a wall or about trite or glib slogans. They aren’t about rules and regulations. They can’t just be handed down the organization. They are shared beliefs – guideposts that we all follow when we’re facing a challenge or a decision. Our values tell us how we live our lives; how we approach our jobs. Our values are crucial for fostering a culture of winning for our company:
