FABS SYNCRONIZATION TECHNICIAN

The PCS & Fab synchronization service is notably responsible for aligning the group’s different production plants (France, Singapore, China). The complexity of technologies, the implementation of new product lines and their increase in volume require very high standards of performance and quality.

In this dynamic team made up of experienced engineers and technicians, you are a real player in our operational excellence. You participate in the synchronization of the different production lines (process changes, prototyping, qualification of equipment or materials, etc.). 

To do this you will be in particular responsible for:

• Check the conformity of the data transmitted to the client and ensure their monitoring by taking charge of corrective actions if necessary
• Populate and update the dashboards for monitoring the concordance of processes and processes between the different entities and/or licensees
• Communicate process and product control plans and ensure their proper application 
• Provide technical support in the management of prototypes by taking charge of data analyzes at the request of suppliers or internal stakeholders 
• Control the metrology data obtained by sampling during their remeasurement

You thus guarantee our customers products with identical characteristics regardless of their location of production.

• … in possession of a technical bac+2 diploma, ideally in the fields of microelectronics or materials physics. Professional experience in an industrial environment would be a plus.
• You are methodical, rigorous and responsive to the vagaries of the production lines.
• Your analysis and synthesis skills will be necessary assets to drive factory alignment.
• Your interpersonal skills and your sense of communication, your mastery of English will allow you to work daily with the many interfaces of the position.
