Job Description

This role will be supporting Hardware Operations and Fulfillment Team for a large volume product family.  Below are some of the key tasks and responsibilities for this role performed on a weekly or daily basis:

  • Coordinate with Management on inventory reconciliations and cycle counts.
  • Responsible for managing daily inventory transactions; goods receipts and outgoing shipments to suppliers.
  • Provide weekly cycle counts and inventory transaction reconciliation reports.
  • Constant communication with key stakeholders and management.
  • Communicate and be able to track gaps in inventory process and transactions.
  • Strong customer service skills, demonstrate judgement, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Strong analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Research inconsistencies in inventory discrepancies and facilitate any non-conforming receipts.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently toward defined goals, maintain procurement goals at highest level
  • Attention to details is a must
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have minimum 5 years SAP experience
  • 5+ years’ experience with Inventory management.
  • Clear understanding of ISO and SOX requirements.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and ERP Reporting.
  • Communicates effortlessly and efficiently at all levels
  • Ability to adapt quickly (think outside of the box), problem solve and provide input on process and procedure enhancements.
  • Previous work history with offsite inventory storage and 3PL storage is a plus.
The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $64,000-$112,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses.
