Your new role – challenging and future-oriented
• You help us supporting running operations of a Global collection tool taking responsibility and ownership for Level1-Support for the AMERICAS
• As the first contact for the Americas you act as a Customer Success Manager driving resolution and further development of the application
• Applying your collections process knowledge & blending it with curiosity and interest in technology you are helping the operational community with training
• By making use of process and utilization data you are driving user adoption and change management
• You are acting as the “ambassador” of the regional user community and contribute actively to the global roadmap of the application development
• You are listening to business needs, translate them into requirement specifications and act as an entrepreneur throughout the realization cycle in an agile interaction with the development team and program owner
• Under the lead of the Project manager you are supporting further rollouts in the region
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate
• You are a team player and empathic with customers, stakeholders and team members
• You have excellent stakeholder/key account management skills
• You are pro-active and drive topics in an entrepreneurial manner
• You are willing to drive change & digitalization, inspired by digitalization
• You have a strong process analysis & mapping skills (Yellow Belt/Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a plus)
• You have a strong understanding of business requirement documents, workflow diagrams & technical design documents on automation space and being able to create & explain them
• You have a strong affinity to Information Technology, preferred skills; BPM solutions (Pega, Mendix etc), ERP/SAP, Analytics
• Knowledge of RPA solutions, Data Analytics solutions is preferred
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (.Net, C#, Visual Basic) and SQL is a plus
• Experience in the field of Credit Management and Collections is a plus
• You possess the ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form in English, another language (Spanish or Portuguese) would be beneficial
