When Will AI become management and supervisors?

Arthur Hanson

Well-known member
The big question is not if, but when AI entities become supervisors and management. It will start at the lower levels and work up from there. It has already started at the edges and is only going to work up the ladder from here. Even if AI doesn't fully take over, it will extend the power and reach of management requiring fewer people at the top end. Only the truly creative and articulate will survive in management that know how to collaborate with AI/ML systems that are already starting to be utilized. Just like many tasks have been taken over by AI/ML/automation, management will be no exception. This trend has already started at the bottom to some degree and will work its way up in the next decade. Already AI/ML is a valuable tool for senior management. Any thoughts, comments or additions sought and welcome. Also what companies do readers think will be developing these systems and which will be the first to apply them.
