Toshiba has launched the new TMPM46BF10FG MCU based on the ARM Cortex-M4F at 120 MHz. The part includes 514 KB of SRM, a SLC NAND flash memory controller supporting BCH ECC and 1MB of flash, an 8-channel 12-bit A/D, watchdog timer, 4 channel UART, I2C, and more.

A built-in security subsystem is also on chip. It has an AES FIPS197 encryption/decryption unit, a SHA FIPS180-4 hash function generator unit, a random seed generation unit, and a multiple-length arithmetic unit for elliptic curve calculations. This combination can support advanced security functions such as true random number generation.

It is packaged in a 14x14mm, 100 pin QFP. Parts are sampling now, with production in October 2015.
