Technology node for 3G bit 75Ohm driver

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right place for my question.

Can anybody advice me what technology platform might be suitable to implement a 3G Bit driver for 75Ohm coax cables?

My application needs to have an AC coupled connection with the coax cable. The voltage swings will be similar to 3G SDI. Will it be possible to have such a driver with i.e. 180nm Technology from TSMC, TowerSemi or AMS, or do I need more advanced technologies such as 90nm TSMC.

I am wondering if somebody can give my some advice about this.
