View attachment 13019Six new devices have been added to ST's ARM Cortex-M0-based STM32F0 Value Line. The changes:

  • The STM32F030CC and STM32F030RC now have flash of 256MB.
  • Four new STM32F070 devices add USB 2.0.

This line of MCUs is clocked at up to 48 MHz. They include a 12-bit A/D, 5 channel DMA controller, two I2C interfaces, four or more USARTs, and two SPIs. They bring software compatibility to the low end of the STM32 portfolio, now over 600 part numbers.

The smallest variant, the STM32F070F6P6, offers 32KB flash and USB in a 20 pin TSSSOP measuring 6.4x6.5mm and is priced at $0.57 in 10K quantities.
