Semi technology is now advancing solar technologies across the board, with new technologies coming on at an accelerating rate. At least two new approaches are coming out every year and it isn't hard to see that these technologies will be game changers for everything. Two advances that might change our world radically would be vehicles covered with solar cells combined with advanced batteries. Already there are cars that can travel over forty miles a day by just being exposed to good sun. With advances in solar and expandable panels when parked, this might be increased dramatically. Going to a van type configuration to support this by be the wave of the future for many vehicles. Any thoughts, additions or comments appreciated.
