Hopefully this is the critical step needed to make graphene with 2D structure a viable path for advanced semis. I have been following this for over five years and have been surprised by the slow rate of progress. 2d with advanced materials hopefully will be the next frontier after 5 or 7nm, as that seems the physical limit at to size.
