Is Photronics a Leader in Masks?

Is Photronics a leader in masks and who is their chief competition? Are their masks used in EUV and if not, who makes and services the masks for EUV. Do they supply masks to TSM, if not who does? Any thoughts or opinions on this area would be appreciated.

Yes they have capability to manufacture masks for EUV process.

TSMC have their own maskshop but I believe independent maskshops in Taiwan have supplied some masks when TSMC internal mask shop is at capacity
 
TSMC, Samsung, and Intel have captive mask shops. Outside merchant vendors such as DNP, Photronics, Toppan, etc. are for second-source backup if they are qualified.
