How will you find out whether your RAM is full or not?

In general the only Memory that is capable of detecting a full state is known as a FIFO (First In First Out). General purpose DRAM and SRAM are both Random Access Memories and have no concept of full. What problem are you trying to solve? Provide us more details and then we can better discuss a possible solution.

Thanking in advance

It sounds like a trick question to me.

I would ask the questioner for clarification, "Define what full means."

Do they mean that the RAM is filled with all 1's, all 0's, some pattern?

To me, that question is vague. Who wants to work for a company that has trick questions that are vague?
