Help with UV Bake

Good morning, good afternoon, or good evening, gentlemen!

I would like to ask for your support, please. I have a UV Bake (Axcelis) Fusion M150 PC and I need maintenance parts and the services of an engineer on-site (in the city of Porto Alegre, Brazil). I have exhausted my list of suppliers. Could you please recommend any that you know of?
