Critical technology developments that will shape the future of Moore's Law and microelectronic design and manufacturing over the next decade are in the lab today - some will be the Next Big Thing while others could be the next big bust.

In order to separate what's hot from what's hype, you need access to the latest research, trends, and developments from the leading companies and technologists in the global microelectronics industry. And the only place you'll find all that - and much more - is at SEMICON West 2014.
  • How are mobile devices and 'The Internet of Things' (IoT) shaping microelectronics design, materials, and manufacturing?
  • How will Big Data change the face of semiconductor test?
  • EUV, 450mm, and 3D-IC: After the hype, where is the heat?
  • FinFETs vs. FDSOI: Do we have to choose or is there another option?
The exhibits, sessions, and presentations at SEMICON West 2014 provide you access to the information, products, and solutions you need to answer the questions that will move your ideas from the lab to the fab and beyond.

NEW THIS YEAR!

Semiconductor Technology Symposium (STS)

July 8-10, 2014

STS is a premiere technology-focused symposium at SEMICON West that addresses the key issues driving the future of semiconductor manufacturing and markets. This for fee event is aligned with the latest inputs from the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS), sessions at the STS will focus on the big trends shaping near-term semiconductor technology and market developments in areas including 450mm, advanced processes and materials, lithography, metrology, yield, design packaging, and test. For 2014, the Test Vision 2020 workshop will be part of the STS session agenda and will address the key trends in ATE.
