Munich, Germany – 19th March 2025 - The Design and Verification Conference & Exhibition Europe (DVCon Europe), hosted by Accellera Systems Initiative, has announced the 12th edition of the show, to take place in Munich on 14th and 15th October 2025, with SystemC Evolution Day on the 16th. The deadline for abstracts for engineering papers and for tutorials is April 22nd. Full engineering and research papers are needed by 30th June and the final slides deadline for tutorials is 15th September. The DVCon Europe exhibition, showcasing EDA and IP solutions and services, continues to expand and the contract deadline for exhibitors is September 12th. Details are available at www.dvcon-europe.org

Mark Burton will serve as General Chair of the Steering Committee for a second year. He notes, “DVCon Europe continues to innovate, and we have many new faces on the Committee to help us with fresh ideas. Our new research track is going from strength to strength and last year’s hit System C competition will be back in 2025”.

One of the new faces on the Committee is the Research Chair, Daniel Grosse of Johannes Kepler University in Linz, who heads a strong team of reviewers from a wide range of European universities. The full DVCon Europe 2025 Steering Committee is composed of technical experts from companies such as ST Microelectronics, Intel, Qualcomm, Verilab and Infineon as well as from academia, ensuring that DVCon Europe continues to be made by users for users.

The main theme of the show is design and verification, covering the methodologies and technologies of tools, languages and standards for integrated and embedded systems and products. Those making submissions are encouraged to highlight industry themes and trends such as digital twin, Internet-of-Things, functional safety and security, ML/AI, ADAS, and digitalization.
