China breaks through with Huawei's 9000S?

this is from CCTV, the official Chinese TV. it talks about Huawei's new chip. they even interviewed TechInsight.

the talking point: China beat the USA's sanctions. The US's sanctions don't work.
 
The closed captions don't seem to work unfortunately, which makes the video unwatchable for a big portion of this forum....
 
I have a copy of the Tech Insights report. I'm not sure how Tech Insights got the phone but the SoC packaging is questionable. Does anybody know what these numbers mean? Note the markings “2035” seem to indicate that it was packaged in week 35 of 2020? Can someone verify this?
