Characterization of LPDDR4 memory

Hello everyone,

As we know that LPDDR4 memory has very strict routing constraints, it has to be placed very close to the DDR controller. This makes probing the analog signals a challenging job. Can anyone suggest me the techniques used in the industry to test and characterize LPDDR4?
