Can TSM build AI chips fast enough?

With soaring demand for AI chips, the question is can TSM build them fast enough and will additional foundries be brought online to fill orders in time? This is the question being asked in the business community now. Are any other companies in the running to build AI chips in the near future or will it stay with TSM as the sole supplier at the high end? Is there a work around for making AI chips on a larger more widespread node? It seems everyone wants to build or buy AI chips almost no matter what the cost and this also applies to recruiting talent. Any thoughts or comments on the aspect also appreciated. Thanks
