Webinar: In-Field RAS Challenges with Chiplets and AI-based Systems

May 6 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

unnamed

Featured Speakers:

  • Jyotika Athavale, Director, Engineering Architecture, Synopsys
  • Yervant Zorian, Chief Architect & Fellow, Synopsys

Abstract:

Advancements in data center and automotive System-on-Chips (SoCs) to meet AI workload demands have resulted in the increased adoption of emerging technology nodes and chiplet packages. This presentation will explore the resiliency challenges faced by these critical systems. Additionally, it will cover the optimization of safety-critical system health using prognostics and silicon lifecycle management (SLM) solutions, which enhance quality and yield while addressing aging and degradation challenges for improved predictive maintenance and overall dependability.

AI-based components introduce new risks concerning data center availability and automotive functional safety. To address these growing challenges, there has been a significant effort in developing new standards for dependable computing. This Synopsys webinar will also discuss the latest topics being addressed in recent international standardization efforts related to silicon health across key application domains.
