What does the job consist of?

In the midst of the company’s growth, our facilities teams are leading the notable developments at the Bernin industrial site (including 4 clean rooms, spread over more than 10,000m2!).

As part of internal mobility, Claude is looking for a Facilities Manager for his “Chemicals and Gas” expertise department.

Reporting to the infrastructure director, you are a stakeholder in the growth of the site.

You are responsible for a team of engineers, technicians and agents, experts in their field, responsible for the operation and improvement of industrial infrastructures for the distribution of ultra-pure chemical products. liquids and gases.

You implement the means and resources necessary to maintain and improve the level of operational excellence, drawing in particular on the opportunities offered by the latest technologies. You manage all product consumption and the associated budget.

These missions are carried out in collaboration with numerous internal departments (New works / Industrial Engineering / HSE / Manufacturing / Purchasing / etc.) and subcontractors.

Requirements & qualifications

Holder of a Bac+5 general engineering degree, you have solid experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams, ideally in the context of the development and operation of industrial sites in a demanding sector of activity (microelectronics / automotive / chemicals).

You demonstrate leadership and good listening skills to manage and influence numerous internal and external stakeholders. You are curious and know how to take current issues and your environment into account in your decision-making.

You are structuring, know how to identify priorities and coordinate your activity with sense and agility.
