Description
- Responsible for leading talent strategy projects that align with functional strategy and evolution, and act as a change agent
- Support workforce planning, people development, culture and employee engagement initiatives for the function
- Carry out key people events and administrative HR activities for the function
- Carry out in-depth people data analysis in order to diagnose organizational issues, support talent strategy and organizational priorities, and propose effective intervention plan
- Work closely with HR COE (Center of Expertise) partners on various HRBP initiatives and projects
- Navigate the organization and collecting employees’voice via official and unofficial communication channels
- Other HRBP related tasks as specified by the division director
Qualifications
- Have bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Management, or the related domains is preferred
- Have 8+ years of working experience in HR, especially with client-facing HR services, talent management, OD, or employee relations experiences is preferred
- Demonstrated change and learning agility, team player spirit, and high EQ
- Demonstrated strong abilities in problem solving, data analytics, project management, change management, influence, attention to details, and communication across different levels
