Supports events and activities of the Brand Management team

Controls project timeline and calendar of activities

Handles purchase request, orders, payment of agency /vendors

Participates in events and activities organized by the brand management team

Provides team administrative support, including consolidating team reports and regular meetings
Qualifications
-
Bachelor degree in general administration, marketing communications or equivalent degree
-
Experienced working as a team administrator and has supported a marketing team for at least 5 years
-
Highly organized and has the marketing communications acumen to support day to day operations
-
Able to prioritize tasks and is an independent worker, comfortable to work with ambiguity and uncertainty
-
Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, manage budget and work as a team player in a fast-paced corporate environment
-
Self-started and quick learner, service mindset and has a strong “can-do” attitude
-
Experienced working in a global/high tech/B2B industry, preferably business development team or marketing team
-
Native/fluent writers of both English and Chinese, other languages would be a plus
-
Attention to details and excellent in managing stakeholders from different regions and cultures (global events)
