• You will actively support our Project Procurement Managers with supplier inquiries within the framework of quotation and processing projects using digital platforms.
• Furthermore, you will help us with the follow-up, review and proper filing of incoming supplier offers, as well as the creation of meaningful offer comparisons.
• You regularly maintain and update our supplier database and assist us in obtaining information on the current status of supplier relationships from the existing IT systems.
• Furthermore, you will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient communication and data flow, and continuously optimize processes in strategic project procurement.

Here’s how to convince us:

• Education : You are currently studying industrial engineering, engineering, business administration or a similar field, ideally with a focus on supply chain management (SCM)/logistics.
• Experience and knowledge :
  • You have sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • You possess a good basic technical understanding.
  • You already have experience with AI research queries and digital platforms in the field of purchasing and logistics.
• Working style : You work independently, are well-organized, and can set priorities.
• Language skills : Since we work in an international environment, you should have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
