Work-study program – HRIS and Social Data

At the heart of the HR team and interfacing with the IT team, as an HRIS & Social Data apprentice you will work in pairs with Julie, your tutor, on different projects:

• improve or automate Corporate social data reporting (strategic indicators, dashboard preparation)
• integrate new subsidiaries into our tools
• set up interfaces / integrate regulatory developments
• automate calculations related to remuneration

Your main mission will be to contribute to the monthly reporting of the group’s consolidated workforce, but also of absenteeism and mandatory statistics at group level in conjunction with our colleagues in Singapore and Belgium. 

You will also manage data on the workforce and other HR indicators linked to the company’s strategy: implementation of structured, automated and standardized reporting and analysis of these results. 

In addition, you will have the opportunity to provide cross-functional support to the different HR teams, notably helping HR partners during HR campaigns with the use and analysis of different data. As you will have understood, there is no shortage of topics and your arrival will be a real plus for the entire HR team!

Student at the end of the BUT/bachelor’s year or in a Master’s degree in HR or IT, you are looking for a work-study program in management of HR tools and project management. 

You master IT tools (Excel / HRIS queries) in the context of data manipulation and analysis.

You have a good level of English (oral/written) allowing you to communicate effectively with the group’s interfaces.

Your interpersonal skills and leadership are assets for managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with numerous interfaces at different hierarchical levels. You are proactive and organized to address different subjects at the same time, and your curiosity will allow you to be on the lookout for disruptive HR policies.
