• You are responsible for creating, researching and editing our internal newsletter (de/eng) in the area of ​​Large Drives Applications, Drives Segment
• You are responsible for finding a topic, coordinating the interview appointments, writing reports, taking photos, etc.
• You create and revise our PowerPoint presentations
• You are responsible for maintaining our wiki pages
• Your tasks also include operational support when updating documents
• You support us in planning meetings / appointments (Outlook)
• We also need your support with some administrative tasks, such as B. for the processing of orders, in travel management (flight bookings, visa applications, travel expense reports, …) and the preparation and organization of workshops / events

• You are currently studying successfully at a German university in the field of marketing & communication (communication sciences, journalism, etc.)
• You have a basic technical understanding
• You are fit to use MS Office, especially Word and PowerPoint
• It goes without saying that you can communicate in both German and English, both verbally and in writing
