Responsibilities
- Performs the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and order fulfillment of merchandise, products, materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
- Inspect goods received for distribution against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
- Packages and prepares products and merchandise for final shipment and posts weights and shipping charges.
- Must be able to Lift heavy items and forklift experience is a plus.
- Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
- Review customer orders, examines, stocks and distributes merchandise, products and materials in inventory warehouses, distribution centers or manufacturing lines.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs, be able to work in high pace, urgent environment.
- Work with carriers to resolve inbound and outbound issues.
Qualifications
- Warehouse, shipping, receiving experience.
- Microsoft excel, outlook experience.
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Knowledge of carrier AWB and master waybill numbers
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Handling of BOL.
- Document arching and retrieval experience
- Strong Communication skills working with carriers.
