For our location in Germering/Munich, Germany and with immediate effect, we are looking for an

Inside Sales Representative

The position will require maintaining customer relationships by providing “Sudden Service” for our mainly existing customers, serving as sales support contact by answering daily questions and providing assistance where needed.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Sales support for our existing customers by e-mail and telephone
  • Answer incoming communications from customers
  • Independent preparation of quotations
  • Communication and clarification of customer requirements and inquiries with internal development and manufacturing departments
  • Support of the technical field service, as well as in day-to-day business

What we expect from you

  • Professional commercial or technical education or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other Business discipline
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a Customer Service or Sales environment
  • Knowledge in the field of electronic interconnect technology or semiconductor technologies is an advantage but not a requirement. Detailed product training is part of the induction period
  • Very good spoken and written German and fluent communication skills in English
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively across the organization and with customer base
  • Team Player

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
