Validation Engineer

What You Will Do:

• Sample verification. Documentation/Development of test plans.
• Design validation test planning
• Defining and documenting detailed flow of testing sequence.
• Scheduling of tests align to program schedule.
• Working, proactively, with Supplier test facilities to execute tests.
• Own the design of test set up.
• Review and approve test reports All this with help from customer management team and Client expert teams, but you will be independently working and must be a proactive manager and high work ethic.
• High voltage and high current system knowledge
• Corresponding HV test equipment set up abilities.
• Responsibilities Include: Implement and test in-vehicle and systems
• Work closely with fellow engineers and architects to help design and validate designs as well as anticipate future needs
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to incorporate related technologies and products into head units and back end systems

What You Will Need:

• Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineer (Masters preferred)
• 3+ years of development experience in the Electrified Powertrain field
