Manage semiconductor foundry’s business and customer relationships from product design, process integration, product engineering, new product introduction, to production ramp; manage pre-sale and post-sale customer services, as well as develop plans and strategies for sales growth, applying thorough knowledge in semiconductor technology, design, process, and operations. Manage demand forecast and planning, drive order fulfillment as well as feedback on market conditions. Develop pricing and provide quotes to close sales and drive revenue and profitability.
Require: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering. 2 years of experience in job offered or as a Sales Program Engineer or Customer Service Manager. Experience in working with fab process integration and product engineering; semiconductor foundry’s pre-sale and post-sale customer services management, new product introduction, production ramp; semiconductor manufacturing technology, design, process, and operations. Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
