MtM RD Process Integration Engineer

Description
1. Process integration solution provider.

2. Capable to identify and solve problems from new module developing problems.

3. Define design rule and rule writing.

Qualifications
1.Over 3 year experience in process integration or cross module work is preferred.

2.WAT analysis and capable to link WAT result with possible process related issue.

3.Capable to define process rule, and experienced with rule writing.

4.BCD or HV technology experience is preferred.

5.Minimum Master degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.

6.Exhibit good and open communication skills, be able to work within cross-functional teams.

7.Fluent in English.
