What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead training schedules, training documentation, and coordinate training facility activities.
- Partner with different department managers and subject matter experts to customize training materials.
- Analyze and assesses training and development needs
- Implement training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives
- Improve the training methods and tools based on assessment and/or specified training needs including individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, meetings, eLearning, workshops, refreshers, in person, virtual, and/or self-study.
- Manages administrative functions necessary to deliver, document, and track training programs. This includes scheduling, employee notification, and arranging facility set-up.
- The individual will need to exercise a high-level of independent judgment and discretion while evaluating, designing, coordinating, and delivering a comprehensive range of learning and education programs for internal employees. This requires interacting with all levels of staff, gaining a keen understanding of the business and products, collaborating with various internal and external business partners, and continuously looking for ways to enrich the employees’ knowledge and professional development.
You will make an impact by:
- Deploying training initiatives partnering with the Management team of different areas
- Participating in training strategy throughout the organization to develop curriculum design, implementation, and evaluation.
- Analyzing and assessing training and development needs
- Completing training plans and curriculum that align with the department and individual business objectives
- Design, develop, evaluate, and update training content, materials, manuals, tests, and related training aids to ensure optimum effectiveness
- Improve the training methods and tools based on assessment and/or specified training needs including individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, meetings, eLearning, workshops, refreshers, in person, virtual, and/or self-study.
- Manages administrative functions vital to deliver, document, and track training programs. This includes scheduling, employee notification, and arranging facility set-up.
- Prepares and reports on training delivery and curriculum efficiency
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- 3-5 years of experience in teaching, training and development with adult learners, or training in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with all levels in the organization
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Proficient digital literacy including Outlook and MS Office (e.g. O365, Sharepoint, Forms, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
- Training experience in a manufacturing environment
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma High experience.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work accurately

- The pay range for this position is $80K-$100K. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
