A candidate for a TPM is expected to:

1. Create and sign off SoW
2. Lead project planning
3. Manage project schedule/cost and adapt work as needed
4. Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
5. Monitor and maintain project documentation
6. Design risk mitigation plan
7. Host weekly meeting with the customer
7. Manage issues and action items
8. Conduct project review and create detailed reports for executive staffs

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

1. BS/MS degree or above (from US or EU graduate school)
2. 10+ years working experience in ASIC/SoC design
3. Proven working experience in project management
4. Excellent in person communication skills
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Solid organizational skills
7. Multitasking skills
8. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
9. Leadership and Conflict resolution skills
10. Big-picture thinking and vision
11. Attention to detail

A candidate for a Sales is expected to:

Possessing strong ability to develop and build business engagements, comprehend and convey technical customer product requirements, have excellent customer management skills, and proven experience in negotiating and closing major business opportunities.

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s in computer engineering, electronics engineering, economy, or related field.
2. 10+ years experience as sales for System-on-Chip
3. Proven experience forecasting and achieving revenue goals
4. Ability in structuring, negotiating and closing contracts for IP and Design Services business
5. Experienced and knowledgeable of end-to-end chip SoC development methods is a strong plus
6. Experience in managing hardware development teams or projects is a strong plus
7. Experience with consumer, industrial, or automotive programs a strong plus
8. Excellent in person communication skills
9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
10. Solid organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced analytical skills to streamline daily sales operations from RFQ to standardized technical proposals and from cost tables to standardized commercial proposals.
  • Shadow senior program managers to identify bottlenecks in the sales process, from Statement of Work (SOW) to project management templates, and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Transform complex scenarios into clear narratives to facilitate decision-making.
  • Actively seek to understand the semiconductor design and manufacturing process, and apply this knowledge to optimize sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in engineering (PhD is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Eagerness to learn about semiconductor design and manufacturing.
  • Ability to work extended hours covering both US and Taiwan time zones.
