Job Description
What are my responsibilities?
- Support sales during tender & offer preparation in product selection, system configuration, application questions and other pre-sales activities as well as further technical and commercial support requests.
 - Create offers in cooperation with sales and prepares planning documents.
 - Act as direct point of contact for customers and outside sales team for Pre & After Sales requests via telephone, email and other channels (e.g. remote connection)
 - Support on-site problems, configuration, commissioning and all other after-sales requests.
 - Support customers / partners in commissioning and use of solutions with their projects.
 - Provide comprehensive training for our products, applications and solutions.
 - Create content, follow the activities and process with partner university concept for technical trainings.
 - Diagnose and resolve technical problems on jobs and provide appropriate reports to management.
 - Create and deliver the standard documents required for the commissioning, operation and installation for customers.
 - Fulfill the information security requirement.
 - Make improvements on operational procedures.
 - Coordinate back office & support functions for efficient serving of BP wherever possible.
 
What do I need to qualify for this role?
- Bachelors Degree in Control, Mechanical, Electrical-Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
 - Very good command of Turkish & English both written and spoken.
 - At least three years of experience with a strong technical background in HVAC & Fire Safety Products. (Siemens products preferred)
 - Build productive working relationships internally and externally.
 - Able to travel frequently in Turkey.
