Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in France. As the Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization’s systems infrastructure. Your role will involve leading a team of IT professionals , providing technical guidance, and ensuring the availability and security of our systems. The ideal candidate should possess a strong technical background, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for driving continuous improvement in system administration practices.
What You Will Do:
- Lead a team of IT professionals , providing guidance, mentoring, and technical expertise.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Manage system backups, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in system administration and make recommendations for their adoption.
- Lead and participate in system-related projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Liaise with country management to set priorities and manage workload.
- Design, implement, and maintain the organization’s systems infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective measures to ensure optimal system availability and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system upgrades, enhancements, and new technologies to meet business requirements.
- Develop and enforce system administration policies, procedures, and standards to ensure adherence to security protocols, data protection, and compliance regulations.
What You Will Need:
Basics:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field . Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, RHCE) are a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams , leadership and end-users.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Experience with configuration management tools and automation frameworks (e.g., Puppet, Ansible, Chef) is desirable.

- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of system administration, including server and network infrastructure, virtualization, storage systems, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) for automation and task optimization.
- Solid understanding of security best practices, data protection, and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
