1.  Monitor and improve selection process (e.g., interview, selection, and onboarding processes)
2.  Supervise the selection team and manage its performance
3.  Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
4.  Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
5.  Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast future hiring needs


1.  Master’s degree in human resource management, business management, organizational psychology, or related fields.
2.  Sound knowledge of labour legislation and HR practices.
3.  Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
4.  Experienced with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
5.  Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
6.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7.  Excellent management and leadership skills.
8.  Sound organizational and decision-making skills.
9.  Effective communication skills.
